Since Houston, Texas, is known as the “air-conditioned capital of the world” due to its adoption of AC to combat extreme humidity, and given the vast number of AC companies in the Houston vicinity, why would Drees Homes need to use a company from Nevada? In my opinion, an old expression provides the answer: “You don’t bite the hand that feeds you.”
